Refunds

Generally, the amount paid to the Company will not be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds are only possible in cases where we announce the cancellation of a training location/workshop. However, an alternative location/course will be made available within the same training program and the amount paid can be adjusted. The deposited amount can also be adjusted against any upcoming training program within a period of one year, provided the same candidate attends the training.

For Chargeback Transactions

If a chargeback is claimed by a participant for any reason, such participant must immediately contact Jharkhand Talent Show with the details of their claim and claim a refund from Jharkhand Talent Show only. Such refunds (if any) will be made solely by Jharkhand Talent Show through the payment gateway or by demand draft or through any other means deemed appropriate by Jharkhand Talent Show. No claim for refund/chargeback will be made by any Participant from the Payment Service Provider(s) and, if such a claim is made, it will not be entertained. The Participant agrees, understands, and confirms that his/her personal data transmitted over the Internet, including without limitation debit card/credit card details, may be subject to misuse, hacking, theft, and/or fraud. Jharkhand Talent Show or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.

Although all reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent unauthorized access to any information transmitted by the Participant, Jharkhand Talent Show does not represent or guarantee that the use of the services provided by/through it will not result in theft and/or unauthorized access of data over the Internet.

Jharkhand Talent Show, the payment service provider(s), and its affiliates and associates will not be liable at any time for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information contained on the Website.

Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details

a. The Participant agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by the Participant for use of the above service(s) must be true and accurate and that the Participant will not use a debit/credit card that is not legitimately owned by the Participant or whose use is not authorized by its legitimate owner. The Participant also agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.

b. The Participant will pay the Fees to Jharkhand Talent Show through a debit/credit card or online banking account. The Participant warrants, agrees, and confirms that when initiating a payment transaction and/or issuing an online payment instruction and providing his/her card/bank details:

     1. The Participant is fully and validly entitled to use such credit/debit card, bank account for such transaction;                            2. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the card/bank account details provided by him/her are accurate.                     3. The Participant is authorizing a debit from the nominated card/bank account for payment of the fee selected by him/her, along with the applicable fee.                                                                                                                                                                              4. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that sufficient credit is available in the nominated card/bank account at the time of making the payment to cover the amount due or bill(s) selected by the Participant, including the applicable fee.
